Etymology

Latin ădornātus ‘decorated, adorned’. Presumably for the flowers.

The original spelling adronatus is correctable to adornatus under article 60.1 of the International Code of Nomenclature. Although the authors consistently use the spelling adronatus, their Czech translation zkrášlený ‘adorned, decorated’ leaves no doubt that this is an error.
